I have been working on my tiny house talk, and am finding it quite a struggle to balance the personal with the academic, both in tone and content. As difficult as it is to negotiate, I truly believe in the importance of their intersection; in the active claiming of subjectivity, agency and honesty within sustainability discourse, participants are empowered and more space is opened to those hesitant.
